Tips for Chicken

- If you are using marinade make sure to leave the chicken in the marinade for at least 2 hours.

- Seal the surface by brushing oil on the chicken or adding oil to the marinade to seal in the moisture.

- Undercooked chicken can be unhealthy and overcooked chicken can be tough.
The internal temperature needs to be 165°F.
