Cooking Tips for Ribs

- Grill on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, then wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven at 250°F for 4 hours. Remove from foil and return to grill on medium heat for 5-10 minutes and add you favorite barbeque sauce.

-Internal Temperature should be 190° to 200° F

-Apply rub about 2 hours before cooking
