Meatballs

Meatballs

Cook time: 1 hr 30 min
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
1-1/2 sticks butter
breadcrumbs
1 tbs Gary's Original Blend

Directions:
1. Beat egg and mix in seasoning
2. Add mixture into meat
3. Add 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and onion into meat
4. Form meat into 5 balls
5. Roll them in breadcrumbs to coat
6. Melt butter in saucepan on high
7. Put in meatballs cook for 1 minute and turn over
8. Add 1/4 cup water slowly
9. Turn stove to simmer and cover saucepan
10. Cook for 1-1/2 hours

Makes 5 meatballs
