Ingredients:
4 large Russet potatoes
1-1/2 tbs Gary's Seasoning
1 qt. vegetable oil
8 oz. nacho cheese
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Total Time: 30 min
Directions:
1. heat oil to 350° in 2 qt. pot
2. cut potatoes into 1/8 inch slices
3. cook 1/3 of potato slices in oil for about 5 minutes or until golden brown
4. sprinkle with Gary's Seasoning to taste
5. repeat steps 2 & 3 with remaining batches

top with hot nacho cheese
6. add jalapenos and/or bacon pieces if desired
