Ingredients:
4 pork chops
2 cups French's® fried onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbs Gary's Seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Total Time: 25 min
Directions:
1. crush fried onions with flour and Gary's Seasoning in a plastic bag
2. dip chicken in egg
3. place pork chops individually in plastic bag to coat with mixture
4. place pork chops on cookie sheet and sprinkle extra mix on top
5. bake at 400° for 20 min, or no longer pink in middle
