Ingredients:
4 trout (or any other fish)
4 tbs butter
1 lemon
4 tbs chopped green onions
4 tsp Gary's Seasoning
aluminum foil
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Total Time: 35 min
Directions:
1. Clean out and thoroughly rinse trout
2. Place the trout on aluminum foil
3. Coat the inside and outside of each trout with 1 tablespoon butter
4. Squeeze ¼ of lemon on the inside of each trout
5. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions on the inside of each trout
6. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Gary’s Seasoning inside and outside of each trout
7. Add another piece of foil on top of the trout and fold edges over to be airtight
8. Cook over campfire for about 20 minutes until meat separates from the bone
(Can also be cooked in oven at 350 degrees)
