Pecan Crusted Tilapia

4 tilapia filets
2 eggs
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 lemon
8 oz cranberry sauce
4 tsp Gary's Hot for Mama Blend
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Dip filets in egg
3. Season both side of filets and re-dip in egg
4. Coat both sides with pecans
5. Bake for 25 min
6. Lay filet on 2oz cranberry sauce on plate.
