Carne Asada

Carne Asada Recipe

2 lbs skirt steak
2 lemons
1 orange
1 lime
1 onion
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tbs Gary's Too Hot Blend

1. Sprinkle Gary's Seasoning on steak and place in gallon ziplock bag.
2. Slice 1 lemon, orange, lime, and onion and place in bag in between meat.
3. Chop cilantro and place in bag.
4. Squeeze remaining lemon into bag.
5. Shake bag to mix and place in fridge to marinate for minimum of 2 hours.
6. Grill Steak and sprinkle additional Gary's Seasoning if desired.
