Crispy Chicken Strips

3 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts

2/3 cup original Bisquick® mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs Gary's Original Blend
1 egg, beaten
3 tbs melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
3. Mix Bisquick®, Parmesan cheese, and Gary's Seasoning in a 1 gallon plastic food storage bag
4. Cut chicken breasts into 3 strips each
5. Dip the first 12 chicken strips into egg and place into bag
6. Shake up bag to coat chicken and place on cookie sheet.
7. Repeat with the second half and drizzle butter onto chicken.
