Potato Skins

Ingredients:
8 large potatoes
4 tbs vegetable oil
6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
3 cups chedder cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1 tbs Gary's Original Blend

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Bake potatoes for 1 hr 15 min
3. Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise; scoop out pulp and leave a 1/4 in. shell
(pulp can be saved for another use)
4. Mix oil and seasoning, and brush onto both sides of the potato skins
5. Heat oven to 475° F and bake skins for 7 min. Turn, and bake for additional 7 min.
6. Top with chedder cheese and bacon
7. Bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
8. Top with sour cream and onions. Serve immediately.
