Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
6 lbs pork shoulder
4 cups chicken broth
12 hamburger buns
cole slaw
your favorite BBQ sauce
1/3 cup Gary's Sweet for Mama

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325° F
2. Coat all sides of the pork with the BBQ rub
3. Sear all sides of pork in a hot skillet
4. Pour 2 cups chicken broth into bottom of roasting pan
5. Place pork, fatty side up, onto rack in roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil
6. Cook for two hours, remove foil and add 2 more cup chicken broth
7. Cook for 2-3 more hours, until internal temperature reaches 185-190° F
8. Remove pork and shred with forks
9. Serve on hamburger buns and top with BBQ sauce and cole slaw.
