Red Potato Wedges

Red Potato Wedges

1-1/2 lbs red potatoes
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Gary's Original Blend

1. Preheat oven to 400° F
2. Cut each potato into 8 equal-sized wedges.
3. Place potatoes in gallon size bag and add olive oil and Gary's Seasoning.
4. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
5. Place wedges onto a cookie sheet making a single layer.
6. Bake in oven for 35 minutes turning halfway through.

*Cooking spray can be used as an alternative to olive oil.
